🌱 Seeds of Intention ~ Sound Immersion with Carmel

🗓 Thursday 22 October, 6-7:30pm at Atlantis Rising Healing Centre, Coolangatta

Spring invites us to plant the seeds of what we wish to grow. As new possibilities begin to take shape, it’s a beautiful time to pause and connect with your intentions for the months ahead. Join Carmel for a sound immersion with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, creating space to rest, reflect and explore what you would like to nurture over the next six months.

What are you ready to welcome into your life? What needs your care and attention? And when autumn arrives, what would you love to see ripen? Settle into the sounds and allow yourself time to reconnect with what matters to you 🎶

Every harvest begins with a seed. What will you plant? 🌱

Bring your mat, pillow and blanket, we’ll take care of the rest! Spaces are limited, bookings are essential ✨
